THE MILITARY COLLECTION

Introducing the historic Rolex Turn-O-Graph. First showcased in 1953, before the famous Rolex Submariner and GMT-Master models, becoming Rolex's first practical tool watch, allowing the timing of simultaneous events. In the late 1950’s the Turn-O-Graph was given to pilots of the U.S Air Force’s Thunderbird aerobatic squadron, to assist with aircraft directional computation. The Turn-O-Graph then acquired the nickname of the ‘Thunderbird’ which Rolex began referring it to in the American market. The Turn-O-Graph line was discontinued in 2011 and is no longer widely available, making this an extremely sought-after collectors piece. The Turn-O-Graph is a highly commendable collection, forever associated with its deep military connections.
