We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase* using the free returns label attached to your original packing slip.

Please complete the return section of the packing slip, marking the reason number from the list below.

Return Codes
1 = Unwanted Item
2 = Arrived too Late
3 = Damaged or Faulty
4 = Incorrect Order
5 = Wrong Size Ordered

Please return any items with their original packaging, using the return label attached to the slip. Place the label on the front of the box ensuring it covers the original label and then seal the box securely with tape.

Take the package to the counter of your nearest Post Office.
You will be issued with a proof of postage slip, this must be retained until the package reaches us and the refund has been processed.

Upon receipt, your refund will be processed within two working days.
Please note funds may take up to ten days to show in your account.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for what you would like and then return the items you no longer require for refund.

Returns Policy

The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund, including order delivery cost, on any mail order purchase with the exception of Special Orders. To cancel, the Purchaser must send the original or copy invoice along with full written reasons for the return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within 60 days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods, within 14 days for any discounted, pre-owned watches or sale Goods.

The return of Goods will be permitted in limited circumstances and only if the Goods are received in their original packaging, complete with all labelling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation and all un-damaged.

Goods must be returned to the Company in a condition, which would be acceptable to our supplier for return. In addition, the supplier has to give a full refund and report to the Company before any refund can be offered to the purchaser.

Special Orders, i.e. Products not normally stocked by the Company may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
