We, through V12 Retail Finance, offer Interest Free Credit on any Bag worth over £350. Unfortunately we are not able to offer Interest Free Credit on sale items.

What We Offer

We offer Interest Free Credit over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, with a minimum deposit value of 10% of the total.

For pre-owned watches we offer Interest Free Credit over 6, 9, 10 and 12 months with a minimum deposit value of 10% of the total.

How To Apply

Once your Swag Bag has a value over £350 and you have everything that you would like to purchase through finance select 'Buy Now Securely' and you'll be taken to the next step. Once you have entered all your details simply select 'Finance' as your choice for 'Payment', select the duration of the Interest Free Finance and then confirm your initial deposit amount.

Once you are happy and have selected 'Pay Securely' you will be taken to the relevant Finance forms via our partner, V12 Retail Finance. Once all the relevant checks have been completed your products will be sent out. Checking time will vary depending on status.

Interest Free

Interest Free Credit (0% typical APR) is a loan that is applied to your Swag Bag. The loan has no interest, which means you will have no additional charge for using the service assuming payments are not missed. You may even pay off the balance at anytime without paying anything extra.

A Working Example

You can spread your payment costs over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months and for pre-owned 6, 9, 10 or 12 months, here's an example of a £350 Swag Bag spread over 24 months with Interest Free Credit.

  • Deposit of 10%: £35.00
  • Loan Amount: £315.00
  • Monthly Payments (23 Months): £13.13
  • Final Payment: £13.01
  • Interest: £0.00
  • Interest Charges: £0.00
  • Total Paid: £350

Complaints about Interest Free Credit

You may make a complaint regarding your V12 Interest Free Credit agreement by visiting one of our boutiques or by contacting us through the usual means.

We will do our best to help resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If we cannot do this immediately, we will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within five working days of receipt and also keep you updated on progress during the investigation. We will aim to resolve your complaint within two weeks. If this is not possible then we will write to you to keep you up to date with the progress of our investigation. Once we have resolved your complaint, we will confirm our response in writing.

In the unlikely event that your complaint has not been resolved within eight weeks of us receiving it, we will write to you and let you know the reasons. You can than also refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service at:
