Delivery Charges

FREE delivery for all orders over £25, FREE Special Delivery for all orders over £100.

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be sent that day* with all orders of Special Delivery arriving the next day**. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day. Except after 2pm Friday, which will be sent out Monday.

Orders placed with Special Delivery before 2pm on Friday are guaranteed Monday latest, unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

Please be aware that while most of our stock is sent from a central location on occasion items maybe sent from our stores. We always endeavour to send out orders as soon as possible, however sometimes stock location can cause a slight delay.

Sale items and pre-owned watches may take three to five days before leaving us due to their locations.

As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we can not pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt e-mail. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Once the order has been dispatched you'll be sent another e-mail with a Delivery Number and in some cases a Royal Mail tracking number. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know as soon as possible.
