I have explained that the image did not resemble the image. They would NOT refund my postage, which is not what they say on their website or in store. I bought myself a ring & the assistant was so helpful & patient as it was quite expensive, not what I encountered when I tried them by return of post.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, i was very disappointed to hear of your experience when shopping with us online.Further to my call, please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding during email communication. Your postage couldn't be refunded electronically as this would make the amount greater than the order, which cannot be processed. Therefore a cheque was sent to you last week to cover this cost, as the earrings were much smaller than you had hoped for.

16cm bracelets are designed for children's wrists. The average size for bracelets is 20cm, small wrists 19cm. If the bracelet will have charms added it is sensible to get them slightly larger to prevent it from being too tight.
