Watch Repairs
All of our stores would be happy to examine your watch and advise you of any work that may need to be done in order to protect it for the future. To organise an appointment please contact us at info@swaguk.co.uk, call 0800 028 4381 or just to to one of our stores.
At Swag we are happy to accept your watch posted directly to us at our Kingston store: G12A The Bentall Centre, Wood Street, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 1TR for the attention of Mr R Pursey, (up to £2500 in value). We will advise you when we receive your watch along with the full quotation for the work and return your item by special delivery within 4-6 weeks of receipt. You will receive an e-mail requesting payment before the item is returned, which will direct you straight to the site.
All our watch repairs are covered by a 12 month guarantee, please keep your receipt.
Our full price lists can be found below for battery resealing and glass replacement any other work will need to be seen for a quotation to be done.
