Swag’s Lifetime guarantee – Diamonds are forever!

We now have an amazing Lifetime diamond guarantee for solitaire diamond rings and jewellery over £300. If your SWAG diamond (up to one carat) is lost from the original setting or damaged, we’ll replace it – for life! We just ask that your ring is inspected and serviced by us every six months (for free) and any recommended repairs carried out (a charge may apply)

The Lifetime guarantee also includes:

Lifetime trade-in
You can trade in your SWAG diamond for another one at any time, provided your new choice is at least twice the retail value of the diamond you’re trading. We’ll value your diamond at the time of trade-in and offer you the current value or the original purchase value, whichever is the greater, towards your new diamond.

Lifetime cleaning, polishing and re-sizing
You are welcome to bring your SWAG diamond back at any time for complimentary cleaning and polishing. We will also size your ring at no charge throughout its life (where SWAG deems possible).

Free valuations
SWAG offers free valuation every two years on every SWAG diamond over £300.
