DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to despatch orders within three to five working days of placement.
All shipping times are dependant on stocking levels and availability.

Need something urgently? Call us on 0800 028 4381 and we may be able to arrange express delivery for a £5 surcharge

SHIPPING CHARGES

All deliveries to mainland UK are FREE.

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Parcels valued at under £50 are sent First Class for speedier delivery. Parcel from £50 - £300 are sent Signed For, and parcels over £300 are sent Special Delivery. Click here to read more about Royal Mail's services.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to email you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.

We don’t send another email when the item is dispatched. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know.
